Summer is here and that calls for green salads. ¬†As we kick off Memorial Day, we’d like to share with you one of our personal favorite summertime (and really all the time) salads.

 

Combine dressing frist and chill:
-1 Cup Mayo
-1/2 Cup White Sugar (Sugar substitute if Keto or Low Carb)
-2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
-Salt and Paper to taste
-1 teaspoon Paprika (optional)

-2 Heads of Broccoli, cut (or 2 Bags of Broccoli Slaw)
-1/2 chopped Red Onion
-1/2 chopped Sweet Red Pepper
-3/4 Cup Ocean Spray Craisins
-3/4 Cup Chopped Cashews
-1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
-1LB Bacon, fried, chilled, and pieced small
